Drifting across seven seas
nascent hopes majestic lives,
Undulating turquoise waves
spill lilac pearls of twilight;
Seven vows retreat to shore
dissolve in our tides of love,
like wet paper boats we merge.
I have gone way too far in experimenting with the format in the Seven line Seven syllable form. This is a seven line non-rhyming poem with each line using seven syllables. The exaggeration of seven is just to highlight the point(and also because it came out this way).
( The Seven sacred vows at the wedding pyre of a Hindu wedding ceremony are believed to be the gateway to merging two souls in love for the next seven lives.)
