Conflicts

Those Worlds
open their doors
to me for old answers,
dreams in new universes merge...
I walk
as somebody I've always known,
through unending conflicts
of tangled mind,
emerge.

This poem has been written using the Butterfly Cinquain form. It is not a traditional Cinquain form but a reversed version of Crapsey Cinquain. The Butterfly Cinquain is a 9-line poem which takes the shape of a butterfly when the lines are centered.  This has a non-rhyming scheme and the syllable count per line is 2-4-6-8-2-8-6-4-2.
