A Treasure Concealed (A Sonnet)

Smoky puffy clouds hovered around
Pungent waves engulfed thy existence
Plummeting gullible hopes to ground
Troubled waters obscured persistence.

Exploding, unnerving, dark remorse
Glanced for an anchor to float away
Behold the dazzling ripe inward source
Auspiciously holding thou at bay.

Hath saved all years those memories loved
Nourished thy soul and dissolved in thee
Wrapped by thy mother and beloved
Fear not, unshackle that warmth, foresee!

Love of all had been thy pious bridge
Cross over! Treasured faith holds that ridge.

Here is the traditional Shakespearean Sonnet with a defined meter. There are 14 lines, with three quatrains of four lines each consisting of a theme or a problem and the last two lines(couplet) resolving the problem. The rhyme scheme is abab cdcd efef gg. Each line of this sonnet of mine contains 10 syllables.
